Our in-service area has expanded! We now cover the Twin Cities Metro as well as the I-94 and Highway 10 corridors through the St. Cloud region. This includes the counties of Wright, Sherburne, Benton, and Stearns.

As former (and once again current!) residents of St. Cloud and the surrounding area, we’re familiar with the communities and the types of homes found in this market. We’ve inspected rural properties and hobby farms, as well as all manner of lake-side residences from small seasonal cabins to large lake-side mansions. We’ve inspected homes that reflect the periods of growth typically found in Minnesota cities – Victorians, Foursquares, Craftsmans, Ramblers, and Split-levels. We even have a great deal of experience inspecting new construction homes, to ensure that the home you’ve had built was built to last.
